Assembly thermal resistance (anticorrosion)
Technical parameter
WR - thermocouple assembly and display, record and adjust instrument, at 200 to 1600 DEG C for gas and liquid medium and solid surface temperature detection, widely used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, metallurgy, atomic energy, aerospace and other industrial sectors and fields of science and technology.
Assembly thermocouples are usually composed of main components, such as temperature sensing element, protective tube, junction box and installation fixer.
Working principle
The principle of the thermocouple: the two different components of the conductor are welded at both ends to form a loop, and the temperature end is called the measuring end, and the connection terminal is called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring terminal and the reference terminal, it will generate thermal current in the loop, and then connect the display instrument. The instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric force generated by the thermocouple.
The thermoelectric force of thermocouple will increase with the increase of the temperature of the measuring terminal. The size of the thermoelectric force is only related to the material of the thermocouple conductor and the temperature difference at both ends, but has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the electrode.
