Differential pressure intelligent online density meter is an automated measuring instrument used for online density measurement of various liquids or liquid mixtures. Widely used in the petroleum industry for detecting oil, refining, blending, and oil-water interfaces; Used for density testing of grape juice, tomato juice, fruit syrup, vegetable oil, and soft drinks in food industry production sites; Used in the paper industry for detecting the density of black pulp, green pulp, white pulp, and alkaline solutions; In the chemical industry, it is also used for detecting the density of cleaning agents, ethylene glycol, carbonic acid, urea, and polymers; It is also widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, dairy industry, mining industry, and so on.
The intelligent online density meter continuously measures liquid density online without any interruption during operation. Can be directly used for controlling the production process. Due to the integrated two-wire transmitter structure, there are no moving parts for installation, making it easy to use and maintain.
