Differential pressure intelligent online densitometer is an automated measuring instrument used for online density measurement of various liquids or liquid mixtures. The intelligent online density meter adopts electronic technology based on Archimedes' principle, which includes a capacitive differential pressure sensor and its connection, a pair of pressure sensing membranes inserted during the insertion process, and a temperature sensor between the two membranes to compensate for the temperature changes of the process liquid. Software calculation and measurement of medium density.
The intelligent online density meter continuously measures liquid density online without any interruption during operation. Can be directly used for controlling the production process. Due to the integrated two-wire transmitter structure, there are no moving parts for installation, making it easy to use and maintain.
